Responsibilities
- Create graphics, print, pattern, yarn dye design for high volume collection with a focus on innovation and flawless execution
- Custom print & graphic development
- Excellent eye for technical detail and execution in creating production artwork
- Partner with Design in pulling art and graphic direction and creating concept and print boards for monthly deliveries
- Creative approach to costing and balance of techniques to fit into strategic price point needs.
- Have a strong eye for detail and technique to build variety across packages
- Re-colorings, color matching, graphics, repeats, and palette building.
- Keep up to date on international trends in color and print design.
- Maintaining and tracking library of developed artwork.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience with Adobe suite in a high volume detail oriented studio, or fashion company.
- Proficient in the latest releases of Photoshop and Illustrator as they relate to digital surface design.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in or the ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years strong HR Generalist background including Benefits, LOA Administration and HRIS.
- Four-year degree in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience.
- SHRM-CP a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
